We are seeking a highly skilled Research and Development (R&D) professional to lead our innovation efforts. As an R&D Strategy and Innovation Leader, you will be responsible for conducting pioneering research to achieve technological breakthroughs and facilitating real-world applications.

You will collaborate on key GBA research projects and apply for national and regional funding programs. Additionally, you will mentor junior research teams and contribute to the growth of laboratories and research units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting pioneering research to achieve technological breakthroughs and facilitating real-world applications

Requirements:

  • A Ph.D. in a relevant field, with at least 3 years of professional research experience (postdoctoral or overseas research experience preferred)
  • Expertise in areas such as biotechnology, artificial intelligence, green energy, advanced manufacturing, or economics
  • A proven track record of high-impact research, with publications in prestigious journals or patents

Benefits:

  • An annual salary ranging from US$ 80,000 to 160,000, with additional research grants, housing subsidies, and comprehensive benefits
  • Up to 0.8-1.5 million US$ in project funding for research and entrepreneurial initiatives
