**Job Summary:**



We are seeking a seasoned Senior Blockchain Project Lead to join our team at eFinancialCareers. **Key Responsibilities:**




  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of software engineers, architects, and blockchain developers.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple blockchain projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and ensure timely project completion.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the blockchain sector, contributing to the development of the company's technical roadmap and strategy.
  • Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, and deployment, to uphold high standards of quality and reliability.
  • Identify and address technical risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of blockchain solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and partners, providing updates on project status, technical challenges, and strategic initiatives.
