Deputy Manager, Customer Experience Lead

The Deputy Manager, Customer Experience role is a key position at Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints and feedback in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Minimum 3 years' experience in complaint handling.
- Sound knowledge of banking products and operations.
- Excellent communication skills with good EQ and problem-solving ability.
