Job Overview

The Deputy Manager, Customer Experience role is a key position at Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints and feedback in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  1. Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and customer experience.
Requirements
  1. Degree holder or above or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5.
  2. Minimum 3 years' experience in complaint handling.
  3. Sound knowledge of banking products and operations.
  4. Excellent communication skills with good EQ and problem-solving ability.

Candidate with more experience may be considered as Manager, Customer Experience.
