Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and vendors.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, including design, procurement, and construction.

Requirements

  • High Diploma / Degree holder or above in Building Services / Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of project management experience in E&M/ Construction field.
  • Experience in lift/elevator industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
