Job Requirements

To be successful as a Product Development and Innovation Head, you will need to have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a deep understanding of the company's business goals and objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize project timelines.
  • Communicate and coordinate alignment with other teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's in Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field and 5+ years of R&D experience, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field and 2+ years of R&D experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of team leadership or management experience preferred.
