Job Summary

Fargo Wealth Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and guidance to ensure the company's financial health and stability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Accounting and Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve business objectives, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Financial Leadership and Guidance: Provide financial guidance and support to management and other departments to ensure effective financial decision-making.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial laws, regulations, and company policies, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Team Management and Development: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in accounting, preferably in a group-level or securities firm/financial institution.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proficient in MS Word and Excel, effective communication skills in English and Mandarin, and knowledge of IFRS/HK GAAP and related financial standards/compliance requirements.
  • Personal Qualities: Responsible, self-motivated, detail-minded, and independent.
