Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Golf Coach to join our team. As a Golf Coach, you will be responsible for providing expert instruction to golfers, creating customized lesson plans, and using technology to track progress and provide feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality golf instruction to students of varying skill levels
  • Create customized lesson plans based on individual needs and goals
  • Use GOLFTEC's proprietary TECSWING teaching software to track progress and provide feedback
  • Maintain a clean and organized training environment
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills

Requirements

  • Fluency in Chinese
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift items weighing up to 30 pounds
