Financial Operations Specialist Opportunity

FundPark, a leading fintech platform specializing in e-Commerce SME financing solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the preparation of accurate financial statements, conducting account reconciliations, maintaining financial records, and assisting with audit processes.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting principles and practices, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain proper documentation and organization of financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payment records.
  • Assist in the preparation of information for internal and external audits, addressing queries and providing necessary documentation.
  • Process day-to-day financial transactions, including payments, expenses, and income tracking.
  • Support tax compliance by preparing and filing tax returns and adherence to company and legal requirements.
  • Monitor and review company expenses, providing analysis and suggestions for cost savings.
  • Contribute to budgeting by collecting and analyzing financial data.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance; fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, or similar) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese to interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include dental insurance, medical insurance, and a five-day work week.
