Museum Storyteller

At West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, we are dedicated to collecting, exhibiting, and interpreting visual art, design and architecture, moving image, and Hong Kong visual culture of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. As a Museum Storyteller, you will be responsible for defining and articulating key messages and visitor outcomes for exhibitions that connect with target audiences.

You will work in close collaboration with curators across multiple disciplines, supervising the work of other interpretation team members, and working across the learning and digital teams to ensure key messages and outcomes for exhibitions are applied and understood and work in tandem with programming and other audience development goals.

• Create compelling ways of telling stories about objects, artworks and ideas through varying means – text, interactives, audio guides and other in-gallery visitor experiences.
• Develop an interpretive plan that is consistently realized through close teamwork with curators, designers, and multimedia producers.
