Camp Worker

Job Summary

The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups is seeking a Camp Worker to join our team. As a Camp Worker, you will be responsible for leading and participating in training activities, including leadership and adventure programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in training activities, including leadership and adventure programs
• Work overnight shifts, including handling emergency situations and caring for lodge users
• Assist with administrative tasks and training preparation
• Perform other assigned tasks

Requirements

• Form 5 or above education
• Relevant work experience is preferred
• Able to handle basic computer word processing
• Candidates with first-aid certificate are preferred

• Good oral and written Chinese and English skills
• Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Mature and able to handle problems independently
• Caring for youth
• Patient and attentive

Additional Requirements

• Comply with government anti-epidemic requirements, including completing at least three doses of the COVID-19 vaccination or providing medical proof
