We are looking for a talented Electrochemistry Professional to join our team at Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited.

Key Responsibilities:- As an Electrochemistry Professional, you will conduct research on thermodynamic analysis and composition process design of material issues, particularly phase diagram research combining CALPHAD and first principles calculations;
- You will optimize and construct thermodynamic models for electrode materials and electrolyte material systems, as well as build the CALPHAD thermodynamic database;
- The successful candidate will explore the application of artificial intelligence technology in the CALPHAD method, including quickly and accurately optimizing model parameters;
- Conduct research on new technologies and methods of artificial intelligence to promote innovation and development of the company in the field of artificial intelligence.
- PhD in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical or other relevant engineering fields;
- At least two years of related research experience is required;
- Research experience on thermodynamics, electrochemistry, kinetics, and mechanical aspects;
- Computational physicists or chemists experience, specializing in molecular dynamics, quantum mechanics, and advanced simulation techniques;
- Experience in applying AI/ML methodologies in research;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
