The Role:

  • Design and Develop High-Performance Trading Applications: Utilize your expertise in C++ to create efficient and scalable trading systems that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with Quantitative Researchers: Work closely with quantitative researchers to implement complex trading strategies and algorithms, ensuring optimal performance and risk management.
  • Optimize Existing Code: Continuously review and optimize existing code for performance, efficiency, and maintainability, adhering to best practices in software development.
  • Troubleshoot and Debug Issues: Analyze and resolve issues in real-time trading systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Remain current with industry advancements and technologies, incorporating innovative solutions into your work to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree: Hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in programming principles.
  • Proven C++ Experience: Possess extensive experience in C++ programming, with a deep understanding of object-oriented design and software development methodologies.
  • Multi-Threading and Concurrent Programming: Have experience with multi-threading and concurrent programming, enabling efficient system design and implementation.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking, ensuring effective issue resolution and quality deliverables.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, facilitating seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Financial Instruments: Have knowledge of financial instruments and trading strategies, allowing you to design and implement effective trading systems.
