Main Responsibilities:
- Support deal evaluation through building complex financial models, conducting in-depth research on industries and markets, and analyzing market trends.
- Prepare comprehensive investment presentations, memos, and proposals, and present key findings to senior investment committee members.
- Participate in portfolio management and track investment performance, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Prepare portfolio valuation materials for external valuation professionals and create reporting presentations for investors.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in investment banking or private equity investment, with a strong background in financial modeling and deal evaluation.
- Real estate sector experience is highly preferred, but not required.
- Excellent analytical skills, with extensive training in building presentation materials and financial modeling.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin/Cantonese, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
