About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team in Asia. As a key member of our Conduct and Compliance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Group Conduct Framework and Customer Protection initiatives across our Asian entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and review Conduct frameworks, dashboards, and reports for Asian entities, and share priorities, risks, and issues with Group Conduct and IMa teams.
  • Collaborate with Group, IMa, and local stakeholders on Conduct processes, reporting, and activities.
  • Assist in preparing materials for Group updates and coordinate the submission and review of local reports and papers.
  • Support Asian entities' Compliance teams in Conduct awareness programs, developing materials and delivering training and educational initiatives.
  • Participate in Conduct Working Groups, providing feedback and input on Asia requirements and practices.
  • Coordinate compliance and Conduct technical reviews, preparing working papers and coordinating interview meetings with entities.
  • Coordinate submission and review of local reports, providing meaningful feedback to local Compliance teams and Asia General Counsel and Head of Compliance.
  • Lead and coordinate Asia compliance activities, including annual plans, training, management reports, and other relevant Group and IMa reports.
  • Develop compliance training and communications materials, delivering trainings and awareness campaigns to Asia office staff.
  • Cascade general Compliance matters to local Compliance teams, providing advice and support as needed.
  • Stay abreast of regulations across Asia, providing updates to Group Compliance and other stakeholders.
About You

We are looking for a University graduate with a strong working background in Conduct/Distribution Compliance, sound knowledge of insurance products, compliance processes, and regulatory requirements. You should have 5-7 years of experience, good interpersonal and communication skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
