We are seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant to support our research project on strengthening stage-specific support systems for youth micro-entrepreneurship in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our experienced faculty members and contribute to impactful research.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile, review, and synthesise existing policy initiatives to support the research framework;
  • Conduct both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analyses, utilising appropriate statistical software as necessary;
  • Facilitate and coordinate engagement activities with various stakeholders, such as setting up meetings, preparing discussion guides, and documenting the outcomes of these engagements;
  • Assist in scheduling, coordinating team meetings, and tracking.

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree, preferably a master's degree in management, entrepreneurship, or social sciences, and have at least 2 years of experience in conducting content and quantitative analysis. Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese is also essential.
