Engineering Supervisor

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Engineering Manager to join our team at Job-Hunter. As a senior member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for supervising our engineers to deliver high-quality installation and maintenance services. With your extensive knowledge of maintenance engineering and experience in electrical or automation products, you will be able to effectively manage team performance and provide guidance on best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the engineering team's daily operations and ensure seamless delivery of projects.
• Develop and implement training initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and performance metrics.
• Prepare and submit regular maintenance and technical reports to stakeholders.
• Provide on-site support for technical services, including preventive and corrective maintenance.

Requirements

• Hold a degree / higher diploma in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• possess at least 4-6 years of experience in maintenance engineering.
• be proficient in English and possess fair spoken Mandarin language skills.
• demonstrate expertise in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
