Responsibilities:

  • Develop Strategic Plans: Develop long-term strategic plans to achieve sales objectives and other qualitative objectives.
  • Manage Customer Relationships: Manage the call plan for both existing and new customers and manage assigned territories.
  • Identify Customer Needs: Make regular visits to identify customers' needs and provide treatment solutions to Healthcare Professionals (HCP).
  • Analyze Sales Performance: Analyze ordering patterns & product sales and prepare related reports and presentations as required.
  • Provide Customer Services: Provide customer services to HCP.
  • Collaborate with Departments: Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives.
  • Mentor Junior Representatives: Mentor junior sales representatives or newcomers.
  • Relay Market Insights: Relay market insights to management.
  • Comply with Standards: Comply with integrity and compliance standards.
