About Us:
JPC Texson Ltd is a woven fabric manufacturing group with a long history in Hong Kong. We have headquarters in Hong Kong and factories in China, Vietnam, and America. Our main market is the US.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented Fashion Creative to provide fashion insights, conduct market research, and collaborate with our sales, R&D, and US clients' fashion designers to produce market-attractive fabrics. As an independent contributor, you will work directly under the CEO, reporting updates on design trends, market research findings, and project progress.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide valuable fashion insights to enhance the appeal of produced fabrics through trend analysis.
• Develop design concepts that align with current fashion trends and customer preferences.
• Conduct market research to gather information on fashion trends, market demands, and customer preferences, focusing on fashion end products.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and meet market demands.
• Work with the sales team and R&D team to produce the best fabric suitable for US clients, as well as collaborate with fashion designers of US clients to suggest and produce the best fabric for their fashion end products.
• Present design concepts to internal teams, clients, and at trade shows.
• Maintain accurate records of designs, prototypes, and final specifications for future reference.
• Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and manufacturing plants to clarify requirements and follow up on design-related inquiries.
• Report directly to the CEO, providing updates on design trends, market research findings, and project progress.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in design roles within the textile or fashion industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong creative and artistic skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and customer preferences, especially in the US market. Experience in the US market is a plus.
