We're currently building a leading panel of corporate lawyers in Hong Kong who are highly-skilled and self-driven with top-tier technical experience in:

  • Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and restructuring
  • General corporate advisory

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A right to work and reside in Hong Kong
  • Qualification to practice in at least one of England & Wales, the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore, or Australia

  • A minimum of four years' post-qualification experience at a top-tier law firm in this field
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience, ideally with some Asian experience
  • In-house legal experience at leading corporate or financial services institutions preferred (directly or as a secondee)
  • A self-starter with a commitment to building a career as a consultant and a drive to achieve at a high level whilst working as a consultant
  • Adept at leading or working within complex multi-functional, multi-national project environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface at all levels, building strong relationships internally and externally
  • Client service-focused, with an exemplary client service ethic and commitment
  • Strong commercial/business acumen
  • Resilient, adaptable, autonomous, and highly credible
  • Advanced organisational skills and diplomacy
