We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our LMS/HCM Systems projects in Hong Kong. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring successful project execution, aligning business needs with effective solutions, and overseeing project resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead LMS/HCM Systems projects of various scales and complexities, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical consultants, and client teams to identify and implement effective solutions.
  • Monitor project scope, schedules, and resources, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure clear and timely communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or implementation consulting, with a focus on LMS/HCM systems.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Cantonese, Chinese, and English.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in changing environments.
  • Scrum/Agile certification is highly advantageous.
  • PMP/Prince II certification is preferred.
  • Certification in Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) LMS or HCM systems is a plus.
  • Docebo LMS certification is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
