The Opportunity

We are seeking a 'smart and gets things done' DevOps Engineer to join our rapidly growing team and help manage and grow our systematic strategies that trades tens of billions of dollars a month.

You will play a crucial role in helping to build, monitor, debug, and maintain the infrastructure behind our trading strategies. As a result, you will also have a direct and measurable impact on P&L and commensurately share in the upside of the firm.

  • Strong logical reasoning and solid grasp of security principles
  • Intimate familiarity with Linux systems and Python 3.9+
  • Deep understanding of AWS products and network/routing
  • Ability to use data-backed approaches and communicate ideas clearly

You'll collaborate effectively with trading and engineering team members to define and refine technical requirements and then execute on them. You'll be part of an organization with a transparent and agile environment where you can communicate freely and openly.
