Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute client engagement plans to drive opportunities from origination to sales closure.
  2. Collaborate with Line of Business and Client Service Unit to sharpen client propositions and identify new business opportunities.
  3. Provide technical expertise to support pre-sales and solutioning activities, ensuring efficient delivery of business propositions and solutions.
  4. Establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.
  5. Manage key performance indicators, including volume of opportunities in pipelines, closure of deals, customer satisfaction, and solution quality.
Requirements
  1. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering/Computer Science or related discipline.
  2. At least 15 years of post-qualification IT experience, including 8 years in communications engineering.
  3. Strong technical knowledge in Radar, RF Communication, Network Communications, Sensors, Automation, Location-Based Systems, Way Finder, and Digital Transformation Consulting.
  4. Desirable: experience in preparing technical/architect blueprints, business development experience.
  5. Self-motivated, result-oriented, able to generate new business opportunities.
  6. Excellent communication skills, initiative, customer-focused, independent, able to work under pressure.
