Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee, advise, and execute Quality Plans related to architectural elements.
  • Manage documentation and drawing controls effectively.
  • Facilitate the development of master programs or short-term work schedules.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, and Consultants to finalize construction details.
  • Engage with sub-contractors for the creation of shop drawings and method statements.
  • Identify and address potential architectural design challenges and interface details across various trades.
  • Supervise site progress and coordinate with the Site Agent regarding work sequences and materials on-site.
  • Prepare progress reports and submission timelines.
  • Possess knowledge of statutory and licensing requirements, such as BFA and CoP Fire Safety in Buildings.
  • Conduct meetings with clients, architects, and consultants for final inspections and submission of as-built drawings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Building or Construction Engineering and Management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the Building Construction sector.
  • Knowledge of statutory and licensing requirements, including BFA and CoP Fire Safety in Buildings.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
