The Supply Chain Management Professional will be responsible for managing the procurement of indirect goods and services, including supply market research, sourcing & selection, pricing & services benchmarking, contract drafting & negotiation, contract finalization, and goods & services delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manages the procurement process from end-to-end, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Develops and maintains relationships with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
- Provides professional procurement advice to various departments and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Maintains accurate records and reports of procurement activities, including supply performance, quality, and compliance.
- Degree holder with a minimum of 8 years of solid experience in procurement or a related field.
- Familiarity with sourcing processes from RFx/Tendering to contract finalization is essential.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are required to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- A good command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua is necessary for effective communication.
