Job Description

This role manages the full spectrum of payroll activities, including month end close for compensation and benefit accounting, ORSO/MPF pension contribution, social security fund contribution, local and global mobility tax matters.

  • Process and review payroll reports, perform reconciliations, and ensure legislative compliance.
  • Manage monthly, annual, and periodic filings of statutory payment submissions.
  • Liaise with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to implement new systems and policies.
  • Lead business process streamlining and re-engineering of work efficiency, improve governance and controls.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in payroll, employment tax, pension, and accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of HK, MAC statutory regulations, employment ordinance, and policies related to payroll.
  • Experience in HRIS, payroll software solutions, and Microsoft applications.
  • Proficiency in English and local language.
