About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Quant Trader who can develop, implement, and manage systematic trading strategies across various asset classes.
Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and control risk during local time zone rotations for weekend shifts, ensuring seamless execution of trades.
  2. Trade multiple derivatives products, including futures, swaps, and options, using sophisticated algorithms and data analysis.
  3. Continuously improve existing strategies and design new ones to enhance trading performance.
  4. Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  5. Evaluate post-trade results, providing actionable insights to inform future strategy development.
  6. Collaborate closely with quant developers to implement trading strategies and enhance system features.
Requirements:
  1. A Master's or PhD in mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, or a related quantitative field.
  2. No less than 5 years of profitable trading experience on a leading trading desk within a bank, proprietary trading firm, or market-making environment.
  3. Demonstrated success in building and managing trades, coupled with a keen interest in expanding technical skillsets.
  4. Familiarity with Python and a desire to continually update your technical knowledge base.
  5. Critical thinking and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  6. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail and organization.
  7. Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and thrive in high-pressure environments.

Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
