Job Description

The Global Research Institute for Finnish Education (GRIFE) at The Education University of Hong Kong seeks a highly skilled Global Research Institute Coordinator to join our team.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to academic programmes, conferences, forums, committees, and meetings
  • Handle enquiries and maintain procedures following university policies and guidelines
  • Manage confidential documents/information and compile statistical data for reporting
  • Draft correspondence, emails, and presentation materials
  • Manage projects and organize activities and events
  • Participate in duty trips if needed
  • Work closely with internal and external parties and perform other duties assigned by the Director or delegate(s)

Requirements

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of post-qualification full-time working experience, preferably at the administrative or executive level in tertiary education institutions. Excellent command of both written and spoken English is required.
