Key Responsibilities
  • Backend Service Development: Design and develop high-quality backend services, including proposing architectural decisions and participating in design reviews.
  • Product Development: Develop and expand our Card products, bridging the gap between developers and end-users.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical operational support to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless product experience.
  • Project Ownership: Take ownership of projects, embracing innovation and staying open to new technologies and experimentation.
  • Infrastructure Management: Identify and implement solutions for complex problems within large-scale backend infrastructure.
  • Documentation: Manage documentation for all implemented code and functionalities.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the DevOps and Infra team to improve the technology stack for long-term engineering initiatives.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Ruby, with Golang experience an advantage. Knowledge of Postgres, Redis, Kafka preferred.
  • Problem-Solving: Experienced in handling scalability, security, and performance optimization.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of financial domain knowledge and Blockchain technology an advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to juggle conflicting requirements from multiple stakeholders.
