Job Title: Director, Delta One Trader

Join Société Générale Assurances as a Director, Delta One Trader, and take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, leadership, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute trading strategies to grow the Delta One business in Asian developed markets.
  • Active trading and market making of index and ETF products, ensuring timely and accurate marking of the books.
  • Supervise and train junior traders, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of daily Delta One tasks, including PnL, Risk, and Bookings.
  • Contribute to the development of new automatic tools for the desk, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the financial industry, with a strong background in trading and risk management.
  • Excellent programming skills, with the ability to design and implement innovative solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage risk.
  • Fluent English language skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
