Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal trading desks to gain a comprehensive understanding of trading operations and processes.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including finance teams and other relevant departments, to ensure alignment on trading strategies and objectives.
  • Analyze and interpret trading data to inform decision-making and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, particularly within the cryptocurrency space, to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop an understanding of retail and institutional trader behavior, preferences, and needs.
  • Apply strong technical skills to analyze market trends, spot, derivatives, and options trading strategies.
  • Offer support and insights to enhance the trading experience for both retail and institutional clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and cooperation on trading initiatives and product offerings.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of trading strategies and products, focusing on both traditional and cryptocurrency markets.
  • Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to report on progress, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in identifying new opportunities within the trading and exchange domains, leveraging technical expertise and industry knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in trading or financial services, with a strong understanding of internal trading desks and operations.
  • Preferably experience at an Investment Bank, Hedge Fund, or Exchange developing trading applications in Equity, FX, or Derivative products in traditional or crypto markets.
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and products is highly beneficial.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and market trends.
  • Understanding of retail and institutional trading behaviors, including spot, derivatives, and options.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders across various departments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with trading platforms and tools is advantageous.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
