Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Cryptocurrency Security Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting functional teams in the IT Operations division, collaborating with team leaders to ensure efficient IT operations, and participating in planning related to vendor management and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist functional teams in the IT Operations division and collaborate with team leaders to ensure seamless and efficient IT operations that support all business units.
- Participate in planning related to vendor management and resource allocation within the IT Operations division under the supervision of division leaders.
- Contribute towards aligning team goals with corporate business objectives as per directions from management.
- Participate in global distribution of IT Operations function, and work with team leaders across regions to support standardization of IT operations and service delivery globally.
- Assist in tracking and reporting the status of inventory count and projects related to IT Operations, under the guidance of senior personnel.
- Act as a point of contact for escalating issues related to IT Operations impacting different business units.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have experience with system installation, configuration, and analysis, as well as excellent communication skills, problem-solving aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Fresh graduates with some work experience are also welcome to apply.
