Job Description

As the Senior Manager, Trading Risk, you will oversee risk-related strategies for our cryptocurrency trading products. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing risk management plans to minimize losses from unusual events.
  • Detecting potential market threats and recommending enhancements to risk management parameters.
  • Tracking real-time market data and risk metrics to identify irregularities and potential hazards.
  • Collaborating with product managers to detect and analyze harmful user behaviors.
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of our risk management mechanisms and proposing improvements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Deep enthusiasm for trading, blockchain technology, and the financial sector.
  • Over 5 years of experience in risk management, ideally within the trading field.
  • High awareness of data, with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on data insights.
  • Strong logical reasoning abilities and a collaborative team player who demonstrates accountability.
