Controller of Finance and Operations

We are looking for a seasoned Financial Controller to lead our client's finance team in China.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in finance and accounting, with a strong understanding of GAAPs, tax, and regulatory requirements.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
  • Oversee all accounting and financial activities in the Mainland entity.
  • Provide expert advice to the management on finance and operational matters.
Key Qualifications
  • Degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
  • Member of the HKICPA or equivalent.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant post qualification experience in listed/sizable organizations and work experience on the Mainland is essential.
  • Experience in big four CPA firms is preferred.
  • Experience in ERP and system implementation is an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of mainland China operations, GAAPs, tax and relevant statutory rules and regulations.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is a must.
