Key Responsibilities
  • Support the production manager in planning production efficiently and effectively, meeting business requirements.
  • Collaborate with vendor partners to ensure smooth and timely production execution.
  • Monitor order status and maintain data integrity and visibility within systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement in production processes and timely delivery.
  • Manage seasonal T1 ship date confirmation, identifying obstacles and implementing solutions to improve fulfillment of required ship dates.
  • Ensure timely submission of weekly T1 Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports, analyzing potential delivery issues and working with vendors and cross-functional teams to solve problems.
  • Uphold the Workplace Code of Conduct and principles of fair labor and responsible sourcing across the supply chain.
Requirements
  • Hold a Degree in Merchandising, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • Have 5+ years of experience in sourcing or merchandising, preferably in a multinational company's sourcing office.
  • Possess strong negotiation, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Be proficient in MS Office, with knowledge of ERP and PLM systems an added advantage.
