We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Planner to join our team in Hong Kong.

Key Accountabilities

  • Oversee supplier factory planning and performance monitoring.
  • Work closely with the production planning team to optimize factory scheduling and production with external suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
  • Conduct regular scorecard evaluations to assess vendor performance.
  • Provide insightful analysis and recommendations from monthly production reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in global sourcing, supply chain, or procurement.
  • Familiarity with the trims and packaging industry.
  • Leadership experience (1+ year) is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Suite.
  • Strong understanding of supplier management principles.
  • Linguistic proficiency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
  • Able to work 5 days a week.
