About the Position
  1. This role involves managing our IT operations, including Microsoft's cloud platform, MS Windows Servers, and Citrix virtual environment.
  2. Maintenance of security settings, patches, endpoint protection, and system hardening is critical to the success of this role.
  3. Key responsibilities include participating in project planning, evaluation, management, implementation, and deployment.
  4. Collaboration with internal teams and vendors is also a key aspect of this position.
  5. On-call support is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  6. Additional ad-hoc projects may be assigned.
Requirements
  1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields is required.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in Wintel infrastructure, Microsoft's cloud platform (O365 and Azure), and IT operations.
  3. Hands-on experience with Windows platform, Hyper-V environment, and associated tools.
  4. Knowledge of high availability clusters, load-balancers, antivirus, backup, system monitoring facilities, and SMTP servers is necessary.
  5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
  6. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
  7. A team player with a positive attitude towards challenges and continuous learning is necessary.
