Job Summary:
This role is responsible for conducting detailed spend analysis and compiling spend dashboards to provide valuable insights for business decision-making.
The successful candidate will also conduct new sourcing requests, contract renewals, contract re-negotiation, and transactional tasks of tactical sourcing projects.
In addition, they will manage purchase requisitions from business, advise requestors on sourcing channels, and execute tactical sourcing as needed.
The role involves managing PO issuance (if needed) and reviewing PO status/follow-up with suppliers.
The individual will maintain the contract repository (upload and archive contracts as needed).
They will review contract compliance and contracts due for renewal.
The position requires support in supplier identification, qualification, and onboarding processes.
The ideal candidate will have a university graduate or professional qualification in a related discipline.
Around 3 years' relevant experience; procurement operations experience is a plus.
The successful candidate should possess excellent people skills, including negotiation and influence over internal and external stakeholders.
A team player, assertive yet approachable, and decisive, with proficiency in Excel (V-lookup, macros), PowerPoint presentation, and procurement systems.
Experience in using procurement systems for operating the source-to-pay process and spend analysis is highly desirable.
