About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Fellow to join our team in the Department of Supply Chain and Information Management. As a key member of our research team, you will work closely with the project leader to conduct research and development projects.

The appointee will be responsible for conducting research and development projects, collaborating with the project leader, and contributing to the growth and success of our team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and development projects related to operations research and supply chain management.
  • Collaborate with the project leader to design and implement research projects.
  • Develop and maintain mathematical models and optimization algorithms.
  • Familiarize yourself with airline planning processes and develop expertise in this area.
Requirements
  • A doctoral degree in Operations Research, System Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in at least one computer programming language (e.g., Java, Python).
  • Good knowledge of mathematical modeling and optimization algorithms.
  • Familiarity with airline planning processes.
