Job Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced Corporate Quality Assurance leader to plan and execute our HKA HKCAD 360 Internal and Consolidated Port Audit Programme, ensuring compliance with regulations and adherence to quality standards.
  • The ideal candidate will maintain and control our Corporate Quality Manual, providing management briefs on programme status and statistics, highlighting areas for improvement and driving continuous growth.
  • This role requires strong analytical skills to resolve audit findings and non-compliance in a timely manner, while collaborating with external parties to stay up-to-date on aviation QA developments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and control Corporate QA documentation and notices, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Liaise with Departmental QA representatives to address quality-related matters and drive quality improvements across the organization.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Aviation Quality Assurance, with superior knowledge and experience in Safety Management Systems, Quality Management Systems, or Occupational Health and Safety.
  • An excellent command of English, both written and spoken, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and lead cross-functional teams.
