Opportunity to Excel in Sustainability Communication

The Chinese University of Hong Kong is seeking a highly motivated candidate with a strong interest in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability communication. As a Postdoctoral Fellow, the appointee will join our research team and collaborate closely with faculty members on projects related to CSR, sustainability practices, and the role of communication in corporate responsibility efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing research protocols for quantitative, qualitative, and computational studies focused on CSR and sustainability communication
• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform strategic decisions
• Contributing to the dissemination of research findings through academic publications, conference presentations, and reports
• Mentoring research assistants and coordinating the research team
• Performing other related tasks as assigned

About the Role:

The appointee will have a solid background in both quantitative and qualitative research methods and preferably demonstrate proficiency in computational and big data analysis. Strong written and oral communication skills in English are essential. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic research team.

Appointment Details:

The appointment will initially be made on a contract basis for one year commencing August 2025, renewable subject to satisfactory performance, mutual agreement, and budget availability.
