Procurement Director for HK Transport Operations

The ideal candidate will have a University Degree in Business, Procurement and Supply Chain, or other relevant field of study. A Master's degree is strongly preferred. At least 15 years of experience in procurement & supply chain roles, with at least 6 years managing large size teams and emphasizing business partnering, is required.
Prior work experience in rail, transportation, infrastructure, industrial, or other relevant sectors is essential. The candidate should demonstrate knowledge in relevant categories, such as OEMs, spares supply, E&M maintenance services, construction & civils projects, etc.
The successful applicant will possess strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills, along with excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are also necessary for effective engagement with stakeholders and internal customers.
A high level of fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Cantonese/Putonghua being a distinct advantage.
