Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating engineer's trains in accordance with prescribed rules and procedures.
  • Conducting the engineer's train formation and shunting movement safely in worksites.
  • Rectifying minor defects of engineer's trains according to manuals and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle incidents independently.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English Language.
  • Driving license not required; relevant training provided upon employment.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Estimated average monthly income of HK$26,500 (including overnight shift allowance*, laundry allowance, 13th month pay, annual discretionary award, and contract end gratuity).
  • Eligible for related allowances for reporting duty during adverse weather.
  • Joining Bonus of HK$12,000, subject to terms and conditions of relevant program.
  • Two-year renewable contract terms.
