  • Monitor the quality of pre-authorization assessments, providing feedback and implementing improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline pre-authorization workflows and reduce turnaround times.
  • Conduct thorough investigations of pre-authorization requests, utilizing medical knowledge and client policies to make informed decisions.
  • Generate periodic reports on pre-authorization metrics, team performance, and SLA compliance to inform management decisions.
  • Address any discrepancies or challenges in the pre-authorization process, working with relevant departments to find solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years in insurance claims processing, with a focus in pre-authorization and medical claim management.
  • Degree holder, ideally with LOMA certification or insurance/healthcare related qualifications.
  • Strong commitment to providing outstanding service to clients and members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, independently, and under pressure; open to learning and development.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing.
