The Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Merchandising Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of supply chain or procurement experience, preferably in the garment/trims/packaging industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the Production Planning Team to ensure factory on-time and acceptable quality production
- Assist in managing raw material commitments and tracking work orders against factory capacity
- Monitor factory capacity by product type and report to the Senior Manager
- Review monthly production reports of all top volume factories and conduct a comprehensive review meeting with the factory
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite
- Broad-based understanding of Supplier Management
- Proficient in English and Chinese
- 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm)
