We are actively seeking a senior blockchain engineer with leadership experience to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Propose architectural decisions and participate in design and code reviews for our blockchain projects.
  • Identify and resolve complex issues within the blockchain protocol, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Analyze and address challenging problems throughout the blockchain protocol, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and infrastructure teams to develop scalable backend services that meet our technical requirements.
  • Manage documentation detailing all code and functionalities implemented, promoting transparency and knowledge sharing.
  • Work in partnership with DevOps and ecosystem engineers to enhance the tech stack for long-term engineering goals, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of engineering experience, preferably with a focus on backend development (e.g., Go, Rust), with leadership experience considered for a lead role.
  • Proficiency in Golang or Rust, with experience working with Cosmos SDK or Ethereum core development.
  • Practical experience with basic cryptographic primitives (e.g., digital signatures, key exchange, symmetric and asymmetric encryption).
  • Fundamental knowledge of distributed systems and an understanding of consensus algorithms such as Raft or PBFT.
  • Contributions to open-source blockchain projects, demonstrating expertise and passion for blockchain technology.
  • Research experience in areas related to blockchain and/or cryptography, showing a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Experience with a range of technologies, quick to learn, and driven by a "get things done" attitude, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
