Key Responsibilities
  • Elicit and document business requirements for complex projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and stakeholder expectations.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, impact analyses, and gap analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize business processes.
  • Act as a solution advisor to business users, providing expert guidance on business process and system problems, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective solutions.
  • Review and refine functional specifications, ensuring clarity and accuracy, and facilitating alignment between business and IT teams.
  • Lead and participate in system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Implementation Verification Testing (IVT), to ensure seamless system enhancements.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions to business users, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Support the production fix, communicate with stakeholders, and understand system behaviors to ensure effective issue resolution.
  • Assist in project coordination and administrative tasks as needed, ensuring smooth project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements
  • University graduate in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • At least 4 years of working experience in the insurance or banking industry, with relevant experience in business requirement gathering, functional specification review, and user acceptance test execution.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a logical and detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AS400, Salesforce, and other relevant software applications.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in VBA is an advantage.
