Responsibilities:

  • Establish effective communication channels with OEMs to address technical issues and share best practices.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve workshop efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with management to prioritize and resolve outstanding cases.
  • Provide training and coaching to workshop staff on technical procedures and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of standardized diagnosis procedures and repair work guidelines.
  • Support factory campaign field actions, including preparation, parts, instructions, tools, and processes.
  • Assist in the coordination of safety case activities to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  • Participate in overseas training courses from the factory and provide technical know-how support to our workshops.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring our workshops adhere to high-quality standards.
  • Support team members on troubleshooting and fault elimination.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma holder in Automobile Engineering or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years' relevant working experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Arrangements:

This role will require regular travel to our workshops and factories, as well as participation in overseas training courses.
