OVERALL MISSION:
As a Client Advisor, you will represent the Brand, ensuring that every Client receives exceptional service in line with the Louis Vuitton Promise. Your goal will be to understand your Clients and their unique needs, guiding them through the Brand's offerings.
You will take the initiative to connect with your Clients to meet both personal and team objectives.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Drive and achieve personal and team targets while being accountable for sales performance Greet every Client warmly and deliver an outstanding Client experience Provide expert advice to Clients across the Brand and all product lines Engage with Clients to cultivate long-lasting relationships, utilizing various clienteling tools to enhance Brand loyalty Collaborate as a team member, contributing to all activities that support the overall goals of the store Acquire and master comprehensive Brand and product knowledgeProfile
Key Requirements & Competencies
Enthusiastic about retail or service-oriented environments Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and client relationship skills Client-focused, proactive, and positive in demeanor Strong team player with high motivation, capable of thriving under pressure Demonstrated sense of responsibility and ownership Passionate about the Brand and the fashion industry Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English*Recent graduates with relevant internship experience in retail will also be considered
