About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Institutional Distribution team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to develop their skills and contribute to the growth of our Financial Institutions business.

Job Summary:

  • Assist the Head of Institutional Distribution, APAC and the institutional sales team in driving business development for Financial Institutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand our network.
  • Provide professional sales support services to clients, including handling day-to-day inquiries and account opening procedures.
  • Prior experience in managing RFPs, including administrative tasks, is essential.
  • Involved in due diligence and structuring of fund-related sales.
  • Meet sales targets as part of the team.
  • Conduct ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned in line with business development initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree; a finance degree is not necessary but is valued.
  • 4-6 years of experience in client-facing, sales, or marketing roles.
  • A good command of written and spoken English, with strong Mandarin capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • The ability to think pragmatically and independently, with a willingness to learn.
  • Proven team player with a flexible mindset to manage changing priorities.
  • Confidence in interacting with colleagues and clients across all levels.
  • A passion for a sales and marketing career within investment management.
