Job Responsibilities:
  1. We seek an experienced Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Manager to oversee our HSSE programs, policies, and procedures.
  2. This role involves establishing and maintaining HSSE standards based on best practices and international benchmarks focusing on safety, security, and environmental sustainability.
  3. The successful candidate will lead client and regulatory audits related to safety, security, and environmental compliance at our warehouses to ensure adherence to international standards.
  4. The selected individual will conduct regular safety audits, security assessments, and environmental impact analyses and recommend control measures to prevent workplace accidents.
  5. Managing safety, security, and environmental audit reports and liaising with department heads to ensure timely execution of audit corrective actions is a critical aspect of this role.
  6. This position requires enforcing rigorous safety, security, and environmental protocols and monitoring adherence to these policies by all relevant teams.
  7. Overseeing industrial accidents, security incidents, and environmental issues requires responsibility for full processing of related cases from initial response through to investigation, reporting, and final resolution.
  8. This role also entails developing and delivering training programs on safety, security, and environmental standards to promote workplace safety, health, and environment awareness and accident preventive measures among employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health Management or a related discipline.
  • More than six years of experience in managing Health, Safety, Security, and Environment at a managerial level.
  • Registration as a Safety Officer (RSO) and Registered Safety Auditor (RSA) is required.
  • Familiarity with statutory and contractual requirements and a solid understanding of professional practices related to local safety and health regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment with strong cross-group collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese).
